Our newest location is BLNDE Beauty Bar by Revamp, Saskatoon's exclusive Blowout Bar. Here, we specialize in creating those stunning blowouts that make you feel like royalty. And if you're planning the big day, our private bridal suite is nothing short of Pinterest-worthy, while express color services cater to those on the go. Make no mistake though this location is also full service.

Many of us in the hairstyling industry are creatives at heart, and sometimes, our talents are not taken as seriously as they should be. We've seen our fair share of "talks too much" on report cards, and we know the feeling of not being taken seriously in our careers. But we're here to shatter those misconceptions.

Revamp Salon Company:
Monday - Saturday 8:30am-9pm
Sunday- Closed
BLNDE beauty bar:
Tuesday - Saturday 8:30am - 9pm

Q - WHAT ARE MY SHIFT OPTIONS?
We are a lifestyle company, which means we have options so you can build at your own pace and have the life you want!
Our standard work week is 30 hours per week with a 3, 4 or 5 day work week. Our fast track program for stylists who want to build that 100K lifestyle quicker is 36 hours a week with a 3 or 4 day work week.
We have lifestyle tracks and benchmarks that get you to saturdays off AND unlimited vacation time too!
Our personal coaching will help you earn AND build the life you want at the same time!
Q - IS IT HARD TO TAKE TIME OFF?
No! We are always willing to help work with you to make holiday planning easy! Being a lifestyle company it's important that we help support you to set boundaries and teach you work life balance. We follow all labour standards for time off however if you need more we are always willing to work with you to see what is possible!
Q - HOW DOES IT WORK HAVING TWO LOCATIONS?
We are one company with two unique experiences. BLNDE is a blowout bar with a speciality in bridal extensions and blonding although all services are welcome. Revamp Salon Company is highly trained on color correction, high impact colors, extensions and lived in color. Both companies have the same career path and pricing systems.

Having 2 International Educators on staff Revamp has always prided itself as a teaching salon. We foster community over competition. There are many great salons in the city but we stand out for our training and education programs, our culture, and our endless personal development and business trainings. Celene is a business mentor and award winning stylist with the High Peformance Salon Academy in the USA, and helps coach stylists all over North America to be their best selves. She is also a licensed Little Voice Mastery Coach (an intensive 6 week personal development course) which helps people confront the little voices that stand in our way from becoming our biggest version of ourselves. Her work as a personal development coach brings a strong holistic approach to the training and mentorship provided within the salon.
Q - WHAT ARE MY EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES?
We don't want to toot our own horn - but this is literally our secret sauce. As an international Educator with Redken, a mentor with HPSA and a certified Little Voice Mastery Coach Celene has been MainStage 3 times at the Las Vegas Symposium, worked at the renowned Redken Exchange in NYC just to name a few. Celene brings her extensive eduactional talents to monthly classes and in salon trainings. Meghan McGrath our Education Director is a National Redken Artist specializing in blonding formulation. She also is an Educator with Pony Hair Extensions. We offer many in house certifiactions for brows, extensions, sunless tanning and more!

We are a salon that believes in building a rewarding career path. But what exactly does that mean? We believe in career path vs commission, we're all about clarity and sustainability. Yes, we are a commission based salon - but we go deeper than just telling you how high of a commission we pay out. You may be wondering what's the difference? A career path is number driven and shows you exactly what earning potential is possible at each level, where salons that just tell you how much commission they pay out doesn't show you what you will actually take home each pay day. Think about it we can offer you 50% commission but if you are not coached and taught how to build a thriving business 50% of nothing is always nothing. With smart pricing structures based on time, and clear and defined goals you know EXACTLY what you need to do to get where you want to go and how much you'll be making when you get there! It's about so much more than a commission number. It's about how much money you actually take home! We're here to ensure your success and financial growth, not just dangle a high commission your way to entice you. We offer monthly business coaching making sure your career journey is a well-lit path rather than a guessing game. At your interview we will go through our career path with you to show you how much earning potential is truly possible for you and how long it will take you to get there!
